1. What is your qualification and experience?

I received a diploma in Civil Engineering in Hong Kong and worked as a construction engineer and contractor in building and civil works for more than 20 years. 

 

I have been involved in home inspection business in Vancouver for more than 15 years and have inspected more than 3000 residential or commercial properties. 

 

And I am also a CPBC approved trainer and evaluator for licensing of inspectors.
