I provide training to home inspector candidates in compliance with CPBC requirements

​

Hourly rate $50 plus tax 

 

Typical session duration for the home inspection training of

  • an apartment - 2 hours

  • a townhouse - 3 hours

  • a house - 4 hours minimum, depending on size of property      

 

During the inspection training session, please note the following:

  • arrive 15 minutes before inspection time and stay behind for 15 minutes after inspection is complete

  • Q & A (face to face) during the above 30 minutes

  • Q &A (by email) only on the night of the home inspection

  • priority is trainer’s home inspection and training is secondary

  • learn from observation while home inspection is being performed

  • note taking is recommended

  • questions or discussions kept to the minimal during the home inspection process

  • you may be asked to perform or help during the inspection

  • bring your own tools, dress appropriately and behave professionally

  • no photo or video taking and no disclosure of information of any kind to any party

  • be responsible for your own and others’ safety

  • be responsible for any damages during the training session

  • be prepared for a last-minute call for training opportunity or cancellation by the trainer
